In law enforcement for 27 + yrs. Riding bikes since I was 17 yrs old. Gone through 4 bikes, two of them have been my own police bikes. Love 2 ride when I can. I've been in the club for 11 yrs and love all my brothers that I have met.

Tio's first language was Spanish. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Accounting. Tio served as an Army Combat Medic, medical lab tech, and a psych tech, with 10 years as a counselor. 25 years as a federal budget analyst and auditor. He's been riding motorcycles for 60 years. He enjoys playing the guitar and pool (running the Randolph area pool league) He has spent 10 years with the city auditing non-profits. He has lived in France and Germany. Tio's wife family was named 1990 Hispanic Family of the Year, and were recognized at the White House by Barbara Bush.
